ABOUT

The owners are happy to welcome you to their beautiful spacious villa in the sunny surroundings of Antibes with a large swimming pool and a great panoramic ocean view over looking Cap d'Antibes. The couple lives in the Northern part of Holland with their two children and love to enjoy their holidays in their precious house in the Côte d'Azur.

This stunning villa enjoys a wonderful setting in the hills of Vallauris, on the border of Antibes, the exclusive seaside resort where deluxe yachts are lined up in the marina and the town centre is characterised by its many old, narrow streets, lovely squares, bars and restaurants. The Villa is really in the centre of the Côte d'Azur. Cannes, Antibes, Cap d'Antibes, Juan-Le-Pins, Valbonne, Mougin, Biot and other nice little villages are all within reach of less than 20 minutes travelling.

Bedrooms

We have 6 bedrooms with airconditioning and 12 big beds. 5 bathrooms, 2 with baths. You can stay in our villa with 2 families with a maximum of 8 children.

We have a good strong Wifi connection in the main house as well in the apartment

When visiting Villa Bellevue in colder days, don't worry! Our big and beautiful fireplace will warm you up

Kitchen

In our kitchen you will find: An electric kettle, toaster, cooker (5 ring stoves, induction), hood, coffee machine (Nespresso cups), oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer combination and 2nd one in pantry

Garden

Our beautiful (private and fenced) French garden is a flower and olive paradise. You can smell the lavendar from your bedroom!

Towels & Linen

We provide fresh towels & linen which you can wash and dry during your stay

Ping-Pong

Our Ping-Pong table is often used for family competitions in the sun. Afterwards you take a fresh dip!

Pantry

Even during holidays you sometimes need to do some domestic activities....... In our pantry you will find: A washing machine, dryer, iron board, iron, so you can wash and dry your clothes without too much effort!

Pool

The large pool is the center of the terrace and garden. Before you dive in you can take a look at the sea underneath...

Barbecue

You can organize a nice barbecue with family & friends on our sea-side terrace

Jeu de Boule

This really fun and famous French game can also be played in our mediterranean garden

Livingroom

Do you want to stay inside for a while? Please lay down on our comfi sofa and relax. There's a flatscreen tv and Bluetooth speaker for nice music inside. You can escape from the sun and take a little nap.
